● A poem begins as a lump in the throat followed by a sense of loneliness, homesickness, lovesickness ......... wherein it finds the thought and the thought finds the appropriate words

● It does not bode well for a country like India when people, who are so ignorant, are given so much responsibility and tend to carry so much influence

● Dictators fear consensus and inclusive politics because it creates an environment they cannot control

● If a Doctor makes a mistake (while performing surgery), he covers it with soil. If a cook makes a mistake (while cooking), he covers it with some sauce and calls it a new recipe. Nevertheless "Red" is a common factor in both the cases. In the first case, "Red" is covered or buried in order to avoid suspicion & revulsion. In the second case, "Red" is coated or prominently displayed in order to make it seem novel & attractive

● There is nothing like "good" or "bad". Everything is based on circumstances & ground conditions. What appears to look good today may appear to look bad or evil tomorrow in the changed scenario

● The biggest joke on mankind is that computers have started asking humans to prove that they aren't a robot

● The best way to control radical or unruly people is to divide them into different ideological groups with the result that they will soon start fighting against each other. This way they will forget who their true enemy or arch rival is. By the way, this is what I.N.D.I.A alliance is all about

● Thinking & Analyzing is difficult and undoubtedly requires lot of mental effort. This is the reason why most most people prefer to be judgemental

● Most people these days represent other people, their thoughts reflect someone else's opinions, their lives a poor imitation or mimicry, and their passions are a mere fashion & quotation

● Sometimes I look back at my modest LIFE and I am seriously impressed and genuinely surprised that I am still respected by FEW people

● And in the end all I learned or learnt was how to be strong ALONE (as I reached the penultimate chapter of my book)

● Diplomacy means " whatever you thought, whatever you said, and whatever you finally did " are all different. I find it very difficult to trust diplomatic persons

● I might have committed many small sins knowingly or unknowingly during my lifetime. But my worst sin is that I have betrayed myself for nothing. In other words I have wantonly or knowingly embraced problems in order to benefit some

● Science has no explanation to offer as to why music delights us and why & how an old memorable or melodious song can move us to tears. Certain acts are godly & divine in nature

● When I shut my mouth and walk away, It simply means (indicates) you have decided not to agree with me and hence my presence is not needed or required. It is merely a wasted effort for me to stand there and argue with you

● Half of the troubles of my life can be traced to saying "NO" too quickly (immediately) and not saying "YES" soon enough (promptly)

● Ships don't sink because of the perennial water around them. Ships sink because of the water that gets in them (forcefully). In other words, Intrusion of water causes the ship to sink

● Let us argue well & Let us argue positively. It is incredibly important to remember or understand that, in any genuine argument, it is not you against the other person. Rather, it's you and the other person against the issue. Separate the human factor from the problem (vexed issue)

● I still remember the first day of my first job and my first meeting with my first & foremost Boss and his first remarks were : " Look young man, If YOU want to improve and progress, you must first accept or admit the fact that YOU are foolish and stupid "
I did that exactly but the tragedy was that I ended up being more foolish and stupid than ever
